After a 2 week layoff after the dirtworks I was back on the MTB on Sat with the local gang out at Smiths Gully.
To be exceptionally lazy Cam has done a great post about it, so head over and have a look, and save me all the typing.

lazy yes but the offer for coffee anytime still stands!!!! Might do that ride again on the weekend if you are up for it!
